I have been making homemade almond milk and I’m really proud of it and it tastes so good.  I read several recipes and decided to go with something similar to this.  I am also doing my first Whole 30 so I haven’t sweetened the milk (not that dates would affect Whole 30, just my personal preference), but I have been adding ground cinnamon and nutmeg to it and it’s awesome (especially in coffee), my husband likes this version better and so do I.
